the breakfast was really good. the staff at the front desk was helpful. they managed my check-in efficiently. the hotel had a nice quaint charm.

helpful staff great hospitality comfortable stay
the front desk staff was very helpful and nice. the staff was courteous, and the stay felt very comfortable.
the tv in my room was quite old. the picture quality wasn't great. it could use an upgrade.

I had lunch in the jacaranda restaurant and the food was nice. the service was excellent, especially thanks to mr manpreet and gaurav. Abhishek was also very kind (i think he is a great asset). the menu has vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

the beds in my beautiful double room pool view were very comfortable. i appreciated the efficient pick-up service from the airport. the room service was also very prompt, with all requests handled quickly and efficiently.

efficient process cute staff comfortable bed consistent pressure
I found the check-in process efficient and the staff were cute upon arrival. the room was located a fair distance from the elevators. the comfort of the beds and consistent water pressure in the shower were noteworthy. amenities in the room added convenience to my brief stay.
I had to make several calls to get an extra lotion. This was slightly inconvenient.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. comfortable beds enhanced my sleep quality. Though the location was a bit far from the elevator! there was no noise.

The breakfast buffet presented many options, including oven roasted fish and egg biryani. staff members offered attentive and prompt service, especially avantika and suraj. They even prepared a special kadha for a guest with a cough.

The hotel offered easy access to transport links. This made travel logistics convenient. the hotel is near the airport. This allowed quick transfers. transport was quite expensive though!
